HLP 2 Cigarette Packer

HLP2 cigarette packing machine is the basic packer as the first important part of the complete packing line, to cover all formats for cigarette packaging.

We build the HLP2 packers for various customer configurations built under the supervision of highly trained and experienced professionals. Our regular HLP2 cigarette packing line is of high quality and stable with a production capacity of 180 packets/min (20 cig/pack), although can be customised as per customer demand. Other options selected by customers may include hard packet carton packing of cigarettes with length of 84~100mm with different diameters (regular, slims and super slims), in different packing row arrangements (like 10’s in 5-5, 12’s in 6-6, 16’s in 8-8, and 20’s in 7-6-7 or 10-10 arrangements).

In our HLP2 Cigarette Packet Packer, first the cigarette will be arranged in the format of 20 cigarette in 3 rows, then the cigarettes of will be wrapped by cigarette aluminium foil paper and lastly packed into packet box

For completing the production line, other machines which work in conjunction with this automatic cigarette packer including a cigarette tax stamping machine, cigarette packet wrapping machine (preferred material BOPP with tear tape feature included), cigarette boxing machine (in packs of 10 packs usually) and cigarette box BOPP overwrapping machine. Typically once the packet is ready, then it can be sent further in the cigarette assembly line for the cigarette packet to be sealed with a tobacco tax stamp label, followed by wrapping, boxing and overwrapping.
