Basics: six pack materials
- Aluminum Foil Paper Inner lining that wraps the rod bundle for freshness and a clean pack face when the lid opens.
- Inner Frame Stiff card collar that reinforces the pack mouth and keeps the hinge-lid pack square on the packing line.
- Cigarette box Printed outer board (blank board shown here) that forms the hard pack shell — cut, folded and glued on the packer.
- Tipping Paper Paper that wraps the filter tip on each rod; cork style, white or custom print depending on the brand programme.
- Tear Tape Narrow strip that opens the outer film wrap cleanly at retail — colour and edge style vary by market.
- BOPP Film / PVC Film Clear overwrap film that seals moisture out and gives the finished pack its glossy finish on the wrapper.
